1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cricikex ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing or using any part of the cricikex website, mobile application or any associated service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of cricikex following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via your registered email address or a prominent in-platform notification.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, policies or supplementary terms that govern individual games, promotions, bonus offers or payment methods available on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and supplementary terms, the supplementary terms shall prevail in relation to the specific subject matter they address.

By accepting these Terms, you also confirm that you are not acting on behalf of any third party and that all funds deposited into your cricikex account are from legitimate sources. You agree to provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information at all times.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to cricikex is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. Players must be 18 years or older to create an account, make a deposit, place a wager or claim any bonus or promotional offer. cricikex takes its obligations regarding underage access extremely seriously and conducts age verification checks as part of the standard registration and withdrawal process.

2.2 Geographical Eligibility

2.3 Account Registration

To access the full features of cricikex, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and preferred payment method details (such as your bKash, Nagad or Rocket mobile number). You agree to keep all registration details current and to update them promptly if they change.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account on cricikex. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact the support team immediately at support@cricikex.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. cricikex will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify the support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Do not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Verification

cricikex reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. This may include, but is not limited to, a copy of a valid national identity card (NID), passport, birth certificate or any other government-issued document that confirms your identity and age. Verification is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal request. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.2 Account Currency

All accounts on cricikex are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or other supported payment methods are credited in BDT. Winnings are settled and paid out in BDT. No foreign exchange conversions are applied to player accounts, and cricikex does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

cricikex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• The player has provided false, misleading or inaccurate information at any stage;
• The player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive or collusive behaviour;
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age;
• The player has created or attempted to create multiple accounts;
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure;
• The player has requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support@cricikex. Any genuine balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be refunded to the player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. cricikex reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower) to inactive accounts, following at least 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. Players may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and contacting the support team.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

cricikex currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in BDT: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at the Platform's discretion. Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name — third-party payments are not accepted under any circumstances.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount on cricikex is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and player verification tier. 4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket are typically credited to your cricikex account instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Deposits via card (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 24 hours depending on your issuing bank. cricikex is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or telecommunications providers.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to successful completion of the identity verification process. cricikex targets same-day withdrawals for verified players using bKash or Nagad. Withdrawals to bank accounts (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) may take 1–3 business days. All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where expressly approved otherwise by the support team.

4.5 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that all funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the lawful owner of the funds being deposited. cricikex reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any point, particularly in connection with large deposits or unusual account activity. Deposits suspected of originating from criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and promotional credits offered by cricikex are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. These Terms set out the general framework within which all promotions operate. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses issued by cricikex carry a wagering requirement — a minimum number of times that the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the offer) must be staked before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the offer terms. Any remaining bonus balance at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute differently toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. As a general guide:

5.4 Bonus Abuse

cricikex actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk staking patterns to systematically clear bonuses, or exploiting technical errors or pricing anomalies. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be subject to suspension, forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings, and a permanent ban from future promotional participation.

5.5 Promotional Changes

cricikex reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into an active promotion at the time of any modification will be subject to the terms that were in effect at the time they accepted the offer, unless the modification is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

6. Prohibited Conduct

By using cricikex, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

6.1 Fraudulent Activity

You must not engage in any fraudulent activity on the Platform, including but not limited to: using stolen or unauthorised payment instruments; providing false identity documentation; misrepresenting your age, location or identity; or attempting to obtain funds through deception.

6.2 Collusion and Match Fixing

Any form of collusion between players, including sharing of hand information in live poker or casino games, or any involvement in match-fixing in connection with sports betting markets (including cricket BPL, IPL or T20 markets), is strictly prohibited. cricikex cooperates fully with sporting integrity bodies and law enforcement agencies in investigating and reporting suspected match-fixing activity.

6.3 Technical Exploitation

You must not use any software, algorithm, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool or other automated mechanism to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform. This includes the use of card-counting software, pattern-recognition tools applied to RNG-based games, or any tool that interferes with the Platform's normal operation. Any winnings obtained through prohibited technical means will be voided.

6.4 Money Laundering

cricikex is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activity. Depositing funds derived from criminal activity and subsequently withdrawing them is a criminal offence. cricikex reserves the right to freeze accounts, withhold withdrawals and report suspicious activity to the relevant Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU) and law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on cricikex — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software interfaces, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the intellectual property of cricikex or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software used to operate the Platform;
• Use the cricikex brand name, logo or trademarks in any context without written authorisation;
• Create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

cricikex strives to maintain a high level of Platform availability and targets an uptime of 99.5% on an annual basis. However, the Platform is provided on an "as available" basis and cricikex makes no warranty or representation that access to the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free or free from technical failures. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may temporarily affect Platform availability.

8.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game round, cricikex reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account. cricikex will not be liable for any loss of winnings, real or perceived, resulting from a game malfunction. The decision of the Platform regarding malfunction outcomes is final.

8.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cricikex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or reputational harm. This exclusion applies regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are claimed and whether or not cricikex has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which cricikex operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts. cricikex encourages players to contact the support team in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally before initiating formal proceedings.

8.5 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.
